For over 30 years, David Meyer has assisted healthcare providers in developing strategies and implementing business plans that enable organizations to achieve their vision in a dynamic competitive marketplace. David focuses on a broad range of business planning issues, including board-level engagements and system-wide service lines. David has extensive experience with Certificate of Need and regulatory issues and serves as an expert witness in CON litigation. David has advised a variety of healthcare providers, including integrated health systems, community hospitals, behavioral health centers, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, home care and hospice agencies, and long-term care facilities.
Prior to establishing Keystone, David worked nationally as a healthcare consultant for North Carolina-based planning firms. David began his career working in the hospital setting, serving in successive management positions at an integrated healthcare system in North Carolina. He had significant revenue and cost responsibilities and established a reputation for successfully planning and implementing meaningful organizational performance improvements and cost reductions.
